Our dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) services offer convenient, high-quality healthcare through telehealth or home consultations, ensuring easy access to professional medical care. All services can be billed through Medicare or private billing, depending on your preference.

We aim to improve access to community-based healthcare, offering subacute consultations when general practitioners (GP's) are unavailable, providing timely and crucial care to our clients.

Our NPs specialise in managing a variety of chronic conditions such as asthma, COPD, diabetes, wounds, lower limb issues, dementia, and palliative care. With their advanced training, they are equipped to:

• Nursing assessments using validated assessment tolls
• Prescribe medications and necessary therapies.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Perform procedures such as vaccinations, injections, urinary catheter insertions, and PEG tube management.
• Communicate with GPs and allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
